To fulfill Qwest’s need for an easy to use, portable tool to reduce the complexities of federal health regulations, ecollective developed a feature-rich interactive PDF. The simple user interface allows recipients to access a wealth of content designed to assist in understanding the complex communications services needed to meet government requirements. Simply designed pages were stripped of unnecessary content, allowing for greater understanding and exploration through linked content. This unique format includes custom navigation as well as video content displayed in the PDF.
